LM Information Delivery expands into the NetherlandS
LM Information Delivery has established a company in the Netherlands - LM Ingressus Information Delivery BV. The company is a joint-venture with Ingressus, an information and library service provider, with a 13-year local experience from the Dutch market. LM Ingressus Information Delivery will combine local customer support and experience from local markets with advanced technical solutions for the utilisation and administration of subscriptions and information services.
LM Ingressus will serve customers in various market segments, including academic and research libraries, hospitals and medical libraries, public libraries, governmental and non-governmental organizations and corporate information centers. The services will cover Subscription Management Services, e-Resource Access and Management Services, eBook Services and Database Services.
Local customer service and advanced tools for subscription management
The cornerstone of LM Ingressus is the capability of providing a local and professional customer service, together with advanced tools and services for acquiring, utilising and administering subscriptions and e-resources.
LM Ingressus has 25 dedicated employees, who offer project management, subscription, training and recruitment services for the Dutch market and customers.
The new company LM Ingressus Information Delivery will be lead by Director Ger de Bruyn, a librarian himself. Ger de Bruyn has a long experience from working in the library world.
